meta-matic.com is operated by visual artist TAKAHASHI Mizuki, with the aim of building a society where all people can create drawing machines with confidence. The copyright and all intellectual property rights of data generated by this service, including the generation logic, are owned by meta-matic.com. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for non-commercial purposes only. The operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of data generated by this service.
⭕ Permitted Uses
You may freely use and modify generated data for the following purposes.
- Drawing Machine Making - All allowed
- Personal Use - Hobbies and private projects
- 3D Printing - Personal 3D output and printing
- Education and Learning - School and university study and coursework
- Modification and Derivative Works - Editing and customizing 3D models
❌ Prohibited Uses
This service prohibits providing all or a substantial part of the generated data to third parties, regardless of format changes. The following uses are explicitly prohibited without permission.
- Redistribution to third parties with or without charge
- Sale of modified 3D models
- Sale after data format conversion
- Upload to 3D model sharing platforms
- Incorporation into commercial products
- Other uses for profit
"Commercial purpose" in these Terms includes uses intended to generate compensation, revenue, or sales opportunities, directly or indirectly. If violations are detected, the operator may request removal, suspend use, take legal action, and seek damages as necessary.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mito District Court in Japan.
